SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Abstract guidelines: 
Abstracts including text and figures should fit in one page and submitted through the submission link as a PDF. Page and section format to follow:

Rejection of duplicate abstracts: 
Any abstract(s) that contain significant overlap of content will be rejected. Determination of what constitutes duplication is at the discretion of the organizing and review committee. 

  • Page: 8.5” x 11”
  • Margins: minimum of 0.5” at each side
  • Font size: minimum 10 pt
  • Include title, all authors, and affiliations

Suggested abstract sections:
Introduction: “What is the significance of this study?”
Methods: “How was the study performed?”
Results: “Report data, analyses, and outcomes”
Discussion: “How do you interpret the results?”
Conclusion: “What is the relevance of the results and future research?”
References: References should include at a minimum the authors, title, journal, year published.
